Need to Return a product?

To return a product at WingDreams, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at service@wingdreams.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. Returns that have no RMA will be returned.

Tuesday, Thursday:  10 a.m. - 6 p.m.  EST

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item part number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, WingDreams accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days. However, WingDreams reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

 

  • FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES

  • ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to WingDreams on returned items, and WingDreams will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.  

Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement or credit at WingDreams' discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
